Woo-hoo, I'm on a roll now..lol Hello to everyone and Happy Dogs on Thursday to you all!
I'm proud to say I have a pic of each this time. Not very good ones and certainly not their cute poses, but its still alittle busy around here and with some little miss problems. I will say they are getting along with Dyna lots better. She has been coming downstairs alot more and that makes me a happy camper.
On to the girls....they've been real good and I'm glad of that too as work has been busy and I don't get the chance to spy in on them, but when I do they are usually sleeping at the top of the stairs.
Here we have the Lady Buggers,
not sure what had her attention, they've spent alot of time sniffing around the yard so think its time to hose it all down again.

We came home one day to her having a bald spot on her right side hine rear quarter. Down to bare skin, poor thing, think she's chewed at her fur or pulled it out or something. Kinda matches with her other side (you can see that black spot by her butt just under the white fur), that's the spot the vet trimmed down that day cause I was concerned about a red spot and no hair. Glad to say that her fur is growing back in on that side, but this new side..not sure whats going on. We went and spent the money on a good trimmer set for doggies. Two speed and really quiet. We kinda gang up on Coco in the garage. She had no where to run or hide and Lady was out there too to make it less scary for her. Rob & I held her and Mike trimmed back the fur around her bald spot in hopes that she'll leave it alone to get better. I do put bacitracin on it at night time and hope for the best. Not too much more we can do seeings we're not home during the day. She is getting better as far as letting us brush her and trap her, though I still have some small metal combs that have been good in getting into her fur to get at the knots. I do think that is why she bites at herself. Her fur is so fine and thin and knots so easily that we are really thinking of trimming her fur down some. I might be able to get a handle on the knots this way as I sure would hate to have to completely shave her. Rob wants to give her a Lion look cut..lol I'm really going to have to read up on her breed. I never thought the Chow Chow breed were whiners either...oh my gosh this little one is a whiner, a grunter, attention getter and sometime a real pain in the butt..lol She makes up for it in her cuteness, she is just too cute to be all these things, plus thinking she is a princess, Oh help me! I think Lady is not sure either about Coco too, as sometimes she gives me the look like what? ....lol I'm with Lady, daddy can have the whiner...lol
Well, think I've rambled on enough so will get off of here for now. Hope you all have a great day and hope you get a chance to stop on by DoT to see what everyone else is up too. Make it a good day now!

Cute pics!
I've only spent time around three chows, and one was very vocal. The other two were/are SILENT.
Hope Coco's bare spot was an isolated incident and she heals nicely!
Trimming is not fun! Good luck! The pics are cute!
Coco has such a pretty floofy tail. :) Harley (the dalmation we had) used to chew at her skin till all the fur would be gone. Once we had to get steroids from the vet to make her stop chewing. And Jasmine has skin issues & we have to give her baths in special shampoo to keep her from pulling out her hair....
Maybe Coco thinks she is part cat! LOL She sounds a lot like Jasmine. :)
