My 1st ever Knitted Cloth

Well I did it, actually went through a knit a long (though I'm very behind), but I finally finished my first ever knitted cloth! Need lots of practice as my tension (guessing) is somewhat off, but the videos helped tremendiously (sp?) Hope I get to catch up with the others eventually, but I know that next one scares me some..lol Anyway, jsut wanted to show my finished piece, I actually kept with it.

Its Not A Secret Anymore!!!!

My tote arrived yesterday as we were leaving for bowling and I made Mike & Nick wait just so I could open it!! lol It so BEAUTIFUL!!!! Bonnie was my secret tote pal and she did a fantastic job!!! Both the tote and being Secretative.. :) She was right, something I would not make myself as I'm not a knitter..lol Though she knows I'm trying to learn so the booklet will come in handy even though some of them look really difficult...but definitely going to give it my all.
The cotton will match my new theme in the kitchen so thats really exciting.(I've been planning Coca-Cola/Diner style theme) I'll finally know who's stealing my post its too..lol can't hide an "M" too much. I know I'll be sharing the teas and can't wait to try them and she sent the cute bunny cup I can use for that. I am Oh so glad the chocolate didn't melt we've been having above normal temps here. Guess it just would've been messier...lol Chocolate is chocolate you know :)


Thank you just doesn't seem enough, but I do "THANK YOU" very much Bonnie (hopefully she'll still visit me & let me know she was here) and you will be hearing from me..gosh I've visited her blog so many times..lol


I can't wait for the next Tote exchange, I've been surfing and collecting patterns galore (in Crochet) so I'm ready!! In fact just got in my new pattern of the crocheted Felted Entrelac bag. Can't wait to make one, first time for the tunisian stitch for me, but I followed a tutorial and had no problem!


Well off to get some stuff done, need to organize a few things here so I can see my desk again...lol

Finally Got Some Pic's Up

Well I'm not happy with the way I did it and I'm limited, but until I figure it all out at least I have a few pics on for those interested in family photos..lol I see so many different types on other blogs but I can't figure out how they did it..when I try it messes up, so i'm guessing I'm doing something wrong :( I'm gonna keep on it though til I get how I want it. Hopefully I won't lose anything or I just may start all over...lol

Trying to work on photos

Well I was trying to post some pictures of the family but I'm having a devil of a time...lol, so while I work on this I did want to show off my granddaughter Kalee...smart little one she is, as you'll see her protecting her bowl of apples...lol was so glad to have the camera close by...lol Think she took Lady by surprise too being its her bed area during the day.

Happy St. Patrick Day to all!! I must buy something green, I'm Irish as hec and have no green..lol Something else to work on.
