Oh the fun we had last weekend. I finally dug out the dogs pool and what a blast and bunch of laughs. Lady had fun trying to steal the hose out of the pool..lol
She didn't bother with the pool if the water wasn't moving, but turn that hose on and look out!! She was soaked head to toe and mom just laughed!
Coco on the other hand just wanted back inside
just like Lady did when she was a pup. She did not want anything to do with the pool. Meantime my hose stealer was having a ball!
I think the patio had more water on it then the pool had in it...lol I did wind up putting the camera down and picking Coco up and set her in the pool, she jumped out so fast and ran for the door, which we had to yell in for a towel... I knew then I would have a hard time getting her to go outside again for potty, and she would run away from me if I got too near...lol Oh well, I coaxed her out a few times and finally later that evening she went out on her own and I caught a quick glimpse through the blinds of her reaching over the pool by herself to sniff and see what all the fuss was about and why Lady kept drinking from it. Can you say worlds biggest doggie water bowl..lol Probably do it again this weekend, who know, maybe Coco will join in a bit, but I too won't force her again. Later we caught this photo,
arent' they pretty girls :)
We all wish you all a Happy & Safe July 4th!!

I can not wait to see the pictures!
Happy July 4th!
Lady looks to be having a blast with that hose, too funny!! :)
And what a sweet photo of the two of them together, you can tell they just love each other to pieces. :)
Love that last photo of your two babies!
Cute pics!
Happy 4th!
Love those dogs!
They are too cute! Wilbur likes the hose and ate them to pieces as long as it wasn't turned on. Charlotte loves the hose turned on and squirting her but hates the tub. They are so funny. Coco is getting bigger too.
Oh they are sooo cute!
LOL! Elise hates water too! except fishing ice cubes out of her waterbowl, she gets soaked and everything around her too.
Neither of our current two dogs like playing in water but our Riley LOVED his pool. Poor little guy would splash and grab at bubbles so much that he'd get waterlogged. Had to make sure he stayed outside a LONG time before we'd let him back in 'cause he kept leaving puddles everywhere. What goes in has to come out. Hope little Coco gets used to the water.
